• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes the selection of a contractor to supply cleaning products and paper for sanitary use by types and quantities, according to the Technical Specification for each specific item for a period of 24 months.
  Separate item 1: "Supply of cleaning products and paper for sanitary use for the needs of USBALO "Prof. Ivan Chernozemski" EAD, according to the List under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act is preserved in the sense of Art. 12 of the ZOP and is intended for assigning participants under Art. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, since delivery is included in the subject of goods in accordance with the general terminological dictionary, adopted by Decision No. 591 of 18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  Deliveries are carried out periodically upon monthly requests and quantities specified by the contracting authority during the execution period of the order.
  The procedure for opening, examining, evaluating and ranking of the offers is carried out under the conditions of art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, in connection with art. 61 of PPZOP.
  The review and evaluation of the submitted offers according to the selected award criteria is carried out by the Commission in accordance with Art. 61 of the PPZOP, as the technical and price proposals of the participants evaluate before considering the documents for compliance with personal status.
