Description:
The subject of the contract covers the delivery of cleaning supplies, detergents and cleaning products ("goods"/"articles"), in accordance with the technical specification and the specimens of a technical and price proposal for each lot - an integral part of the documentation.
The positions should be carried out to the indicated administrative addresses on the territory of Plovdiv, after preliminary written requests submitted by the structural units of the contracting authority to the contractor.
The contracting authority and the contractor are in accordance with the draft contract, the technical specification, the technical and price proposals of the contractor for the respective position.
a period of 12 months and the contracting authority reserves its right, within the duration of each of the contracts, does not declare in full an estimated amount of goods, as well as to declare supplies of goods over the estimated quantities, to reach the maximum value of the OP 1 and OP contract 2.
