- The subject of the contract is the supplies of combined and rough feed on preliminary written requests for the needs of NSZZ-Smolyan Smolyan, according to the technical requirements of each of the positions and conditions of the documentation for participation. Feed delivered as their quality meets the requirementsof Bulgarian and international standards (or equivalent), each delivery being accompanied by a quality certificate (declaration of conformity) and a statement of origin. Any delivery of different types of feed should be accompanied by an analytical certificate, declaration or other type of document,certifying that they are not treated with chemicals and are edible for animals. The package of feed components (bulk/in sacks) shall be specified between the contracting authority and the contractor when submitting the requests.Reception protocol. In the presence of obvious deficiencies of the goods, expressed in impaired integrity or visible changes in external features, or other deviations related to its quality and suitability for use, complaints are made within 3 (three) working days, such as the presenceIn these circumstances, it is reflected in the transmission protocol. Each parties retains a control arbitration sample of the delivered goods, which serves to prove its quality in the event of disputes between the parties to the contract, which are proven by certifiedlaboratory.
