• Description:
• The object of the order is the supply of combined and coarse fodder/food for animals according to prior written requests for the needs of "IPZHZ-Troyan" city of Troyan, according to the technical requirements of each of the positions and conditions of the participation documentation. Feeds/food for animals are delivered as their quality meets the requirements of Bulgarian and international standards (or equivalent), and each delivery is accompanied by a quality certificate (declaration of conformity) and a declaration of origin. Each delivery of the different types of feed/food should be accompanied by an analytical certificate, declaration or other type of document certifying that they have not been treated with chemicals and are suitable for consumption by animals. The cutting during delivery of fodder components (in bulk/bags) is specified between the Employer and the Contractor when submitting the requests. All discrepancies in terms of quality and quantity are reflected in a reception-transmission protocol. In the presence of obvious defects of the goods, expressed in broken integrity or visible changes in external marks, or other deviations related to its quality and suitability for intended use, complaints are made within 3 (three) working days, and the presence of these circumstances reflected in a transmission protocol.
