The subject of the procurement includes delivery, installation, installation, integration, configuration, Testing, commissioning and warranty support under the conditions of full service of a complex technical support system, at the plenary meetings of the National Assembly in plenary and conference rooms, in accordance with the Rules for the Organization and Activity of the National Assembly (PONS), with added functionality for taking the word from a place of MPs in plenary.
The award system must include the following subsystems, which are necessary to be considered as parts of a common complex functional system:
1. Voting subsystem - plenary;
Sound subsystem - conference room.
3. Discussion subsystem - plenary;
Subsystem camcorders conference Hall.
5. Subsystems Video illustration (presentation) and management:
Submission Video illustration (presentation) and management -conference room.
6. Subsystem video record and online broadcasting (streaming);
7. Simultaneous subsystems Translation:
Submission simultaneous translation - conference room.
8. Submission management.
