The activities included in the subject of the procurement are as follows:
1. Delivery of 10 pieces One -storey low emission motor trains ("DMV", "trains", "movable composition", "motors") for a speed of ≥ 120 km/h, with a capacity of at least 100 seats;
2. Complete maintenance of each number of rolling stock from the date of registration of the name of the contracting authority of the first number of rolling stock in the European Register of vehicles (EVR) until the end of the 15-year maintenance period for the last number of registered rolling stock;
3. Personnel Training.
Note: In Case of funding provided, the contracting authority reserves the right to the delivery and maintenance option of additional quantities. The option For additional quantities, it applies only to the delivery and maintenance of a rolling stock specified in the contractor's technical proposal, according to the technical specification of the contracting authority.
