Delivery of computer and peripheral equipment to Rousse Municipality and for all secondary authorizers with budget loans that have no legal entity status and are not contracting authorities in lots
The procurement is divided into two lots:

Lot # 2: Project Computer Equipment 101121210 Nbsinfra "Citynature-Based Solutions Integration to Local Urban Infrastructure Protection for a Climate Resilient Society "," Integration of Urban Nature-based Decisions on Local Urba-EU-Rena- Framework Program for Research and Innovation (2021-2027)
According to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority has the right to assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the estimated value of the relevant lot exceeds BGN 156 464 excluding VAT for supplies and services and the total estimated value of the separate positions assigned in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. In this case, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is assigned in the order applicable to the common the value of the whole order.
The estimated value of a lot 2 is below BGN 156 464 and its value does not exceed 20% of the estimated value of the whole public procurement:
