- The present procedure is conducted on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, in conjunction with art. 20, paragraph 1, item 3, b. "b" from ZOP. Employer, within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 4, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act of this procurement is the Chief Executive Officer of "Bulgarian Posts" EAD.
The subject of the public procurement is: "Delivery of computerabout equipment".
Within the order, 320 (three hundred and twenty) pieces of computer configurations must be delivered.
Detailed information is contained in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 to this documentation. The subject of the public procurement includes provision ofwarranty maintenance of the delivered equipment - 36 (thirty-six) months.
