The object of the public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of ZOP, and the selected contractor should provide delivery, installation/assembly, commissioning and warranty support of computer equipment divided into 7 separate positions: Specific position #1: Laptop for the needs of project BG-RRP-2.004-0008-C01 (SUMMIT), activity 4.1. -2 pcs.; Separate item #2: Desktop computer for the needs of the Faculty of Law - 2 pcs.; Specific position No. 3: Monitor for the needs of the NCPI - 3 No.; Separate item No. 4: Graphic tablet for the needs of the NCPI - 3 pcs. Separate position No. 5: Laptop for the needs of project BG-RRP-2.004-0008-C01 (SUMMIT), activity 4.1.; Featured item #6: Multi-functional device for project needs BG-RRP-2.004-0008-C01 (SUMMIT), activity 4.1. For Special position No. 7: Tablet for the needs of the rector's leadership - 1 pc. - no bids are submitted in this procedure. This specific position on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, is assigned according to the order of "direct procurement".
