The present public procurement is for delivery and warranty support for computer equipment, peripherals and attached software with separate positions for the needs of the exported training base of the University of Shumen at the Regional STEM Center in the villageShumen River, 115 University Str. The amount of 20 % of the total estimated value of the order without VAT is BGN 45 793,37, in which the total estimated value ofLot from No. 9 to 12 in the amount of BGN 44 898.78 excluding VAT
on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will assign OP No. 9, OP 10, OP No. 11 and OP 12 in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, since their total estimated value without VAT does not exceed 20 ofOne hundred of the total estimated value of the contract and the value of each of the indicated positions does not exceed BGN 156 464,00.
