Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the delivery and warranty support of computer configurations for the needs of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food as follows: according to Lot No 1: "Delivery of computer configurations" - desktop computer configurations type 1 - 80 and type 2 - 46 the number. According to Lot No 2: "Delivery of laptops" - laptops - 30 pieces.
Scope of activities: The following main activities should be implemented in the implementation of this public procurement:
Delivery of computer equipment;
Warranty support.
According to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority has the right to assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant lot The way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded in accordance with the order applicable to the total value of the order.
The contracting authority will assign a lot 2: "Delivery of laptops" with estimated value BGN 45 000,00 (forty -five thousand) BGN without VAT or BGN 54,000 (fifty -four thousand) with VAT, in the order for its respective individual value in connection with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Law - Direct award on the grounds of Art. 20, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
