• Description:
• Scope of the public procurement: The scope of the public procurement includes supplies of concrete products, according to the requests made by the CONTRACTING PARTY, through the director of OP "Blagourivanno i prevention" at the Municipality of Rakovski. The execution of the order concerns the following types of concrete products: - Concrete curbs 15/25/50 - estimated quantity 40,000 pcs. - Concrete blocks 10/20/8 (light and dark gray) - estimated quantity 2,000 m2 The quantities are estimated - the Employer is not obliged to absorb them completely. C in case the amount of concrete product is reached, the performance continues until the total agreed value (price) is reached or until the contract expires. The transport is at the Contractor's expense (this includes all types of travel expenses, tolls and etc.) and must be included in the unit price of the relevant commodity/material/product. The rights and obligations that arise for the Contracting Authority after the selection of a Contractor will be exercised and assumed by and at the expense of the OP "Improvement and Prevention" of the Municipality Rakovski. The contracting authority may unilaterally terminate this Agreement in the event of 3 (three) complaints within the agreed period, resp. in the case of 2 (two) complaints within two months, the validity of which has been established according to the provisions of the Agreement row The concrete products must be produced and certified according to the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1/05.02.2015 on the conditions and procedure for placing a construction...
