• Description:
• The purpose of this public procurement is to select a contractor for the supply of construction structures, iron and construction materials and related products, auxiliary construction materials for a period of 12 months for the needs of the TP "Kazanlak"
  The object of this public procurement is "Delivery of goods carried out by purchase" in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, and the selected contractor should carry out periodic delivery of goods described in the Technical Specification of the documentation.
  The selected contractor should perform the order under the following technical conditions for the performance her:
  Minimum item quality requirements
  All articles/goods offered by participants must be:
  • factory new, unused and to be of proven origin;
  • to be manufactured from quality materials, ensuring normal and trouble-free operation for the period of use them;
  • comply with BDS and/or European standards and/or equivalent for the relevant type of product (if any are applicable to it).
  • be delivered in appropriate packaging, in order to ensure protection from external influences and damage during transportation and delivery of the same to the warehouse of the contracting authority.
  • to correspond in terms of indicators and parameters to the technical requirements of the contracting authority specified in the technical specification.
