• Description:
• 1. Object of the order: Delivery within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code.
  2. Subject of the public procurement: "Supply of construction structures, iron and construction materials and related products, auxiliary construction materials for the needs of the TP "DGS Karnobat". The supplies of construction constructions, ironwork and building materials and related products, will be carried out on advance orders, with specified quantities for each individual item.
  All deliveries will be made through direct purchase and sale in the warehouse (store) of the Contractor on the territory of the city of Karnobat and or the city of Sungurlare, or by delivery to the address of the Contracting Authority - the administrative building of TP "State Forestry Karnobat", city of Karnobat - 8400, Moskva street #1.
  The materials characterized as fragile items should be delivered in suitable packaging guaranteeing their integrity.
  The contracting authority does not undertake to acquire all types of items and their estimated quantity, and if necessary, may also order types of items that are not included in the technical specification and, accordingly, in the price list the Contractor's proposal, as long as the final total value for which the procurement contract was concluded is not exceeded.
  3. Scope of the order: construction structures, iron and construction materials and related products, auxiliary construction materials for the needs of TP "DGS Carnobat".
