- The subject of the public procurement includes activities for supplying consumables and consumable spare parts for 5 (five) high -speed laser printers printing on endless paper, Microplex brand, model "Solid F4". The specified laser printers with the relevant brand and model are subject to Delivery under the open procedure for the award of a public procurement and a contract with a contractor selected for the contractor according to his offer. In this connection, consumables and consumable spare parts are required to be compatible with the technical characteristics of the specified Laser printers.
The contracting authority reserves the right not to declare and purchase all the estimated quantity or to exceed it until the maximum value of The contract, as the same will be paid at the unit prices indicated in the offer of the selected contractor.
