Description:
Delivery of Real-Time PCR CFX96 DX consumables and whales. The reagents / consumables required to secure the work of the apparatus are described in detail by type and estimated quantity in the technical specification, an integral part of the documentation of the order.
Participants offer all nomenclatures, included in the subject of the order.
In the event that a participant does not offer one or more nomenclatures, it will be removed from the procedure.
In the event that a participant offers one or more nomenclature, but the same/they do not meet the requirements of the contracting authority, it is assumed that the complexity is not met and The participant will be removed from the procedure.
During the performance of the contract, the contracting authority has the right to change the quantities specified in the specification according to Its needs, including refusing the delivery of certain nomenclatures, as well as to declare new species that are not included in the specification but are in fulfillment of the subject of the public procurement. By "new species" is referred Reactions / Consumables included in the Contract specification
