The subject of the public procurement will be performed through periodic deliveries upon written requests of the Contracting Authority for the relevant medical devices, instruments and/or consumables included in Theirthe Czech specification. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification are indicative and depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority during the term of the public procurement contract. The contracting authority is not committed to the purchase of all quantities provided for in the Technical specificationscification of the relevant medical devices, instruments and/or consumables. When executing the public procurement contract, the Contracting Authority may request larger quantities of a given nomenclature unit, but only within the total estimated value of the order.
