The subject of thisthe order also includes warranty maintenance (technical service) of the delivered single-bucket excavators.
For the duration of the warranty period of the delivered single-bucket excavators, the Contractor provides their warranty maintenance (technical service), according to the instructions of the manufacturing plant and in accordancecompliance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the technical specification.
All requirements and conditions of the Contracting Authority to the subject of the order are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the order and the participation documentation.
