• The Board of Directors of ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS WEST EAD, as a sectoral contractor of public procurement within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sectoral activity under Art. 123, item 2, in connection with Art. 125, para. 1, Item 1 of the ZOP and § 2, Item 60 of the Additional Provisions of the ZOP on the basis of special or exclusive rights within the meaning of § 2, Item 47 of the ZOP, opens and conducts an "open" type of procedure for awarding a public procurement with the subject: "Supply of electricity measuring transformers" ref. No. PPD 26-016. The subject of the order is divided into separate items as follows Separate item No. 1 - "Supply of current measuring transformers НХ X/5 A, accuracy class 0.5, pass-through type"; Specific position No. 2 - "Supply of current measuring transformers НХ X/5 A, accuracy class 0.5S, pass-through type"; Separate position No. 3 - "Supply of current measuring transformers medium voltage (SrH), 10/20kV, support, ММ/ОМ"; Separate item No. 4 - “Delivery of current measuring transformer sets 3 x (X/5) A, accuracy class 0.5, for vertical fuse-disconnector". The contracting authority opens and conducts this "open" by type procedure on the basis of Art. 132, in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" from ZOP.
