- The subject of the general order is the selection of a contractor for the supply of dental and laboratory equipment and software for the needs of the FDM and UMDC at the MU-Varna, for two separate positions, according to the technical specification (App. No. 1.1/No. 1.2), in order to expand and modernize the material and technical base for practical training ofstudents and doctoral students, post-graduate training of doctors in dental medicine, as well as for carrying out research activities in FDM and UMDC.
The numbers indicated in the technical specification (TS) are estimated for 12 months and will serve for the evaluation of the offers. The declaration of the type and quantity of goods withis determined by the Contracting Authority depending on its specific needs and financial security. The contracting authority is not bound by the obligation to exhaust the maximum allowable value and volume of the contract, and reserves the right to order more and/or less than the estimated quantity, incl. and to declare products, kwhich are not included in the TC, under the conditions described in the Instructions, section I, item 5-Option upon assignment.
