• Description:
• The subject of the public order is: "Delivery of desktop computer configurations, monitors and portable computers for the needs of the executive authorities and their administrations", by specific items:
  Specific item No. 1: "Supply of desktop computer configurations";
  Specific item no 2: "Supply of Monitors";
  Specific item No. 3: "Supply of portable computers type 1";
  Specific item No. 4: "Supply of portable computers type 2".
  The purpose of the order is to conclude a framework agreement (FPA) for each specific item, with up to 3 (three) contractors.
  In the scope of public order includes the delivery of:
  desktop computer configurations; 15,000 pcs. monitors 24';
  for separate position No. 2: 900 pcs. monitors 27';
  for specific position No. 3: 5000 pcs. type 1 portable computers;
  for specific position No. 4: 300 pcs. portable computers type 2.
  The quantities are indicative and do not bind the Central Authority for Purchases in the Information and Communication Technologies Sector (TSOPSICT), nor the contracting authorities under Art. 4, para. 1 of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 70/22.05.2025 on the establishment of TSOPSICT for the needs of bodies of executive power.
