Description:
The qualification system (KS) is created on the grounds of Art. 141, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) in order to pre -select economic entities to be entered in the Constitutional Court and participate in the subsequent procurement procedures conducted by the contracting authority,falling within the scope of the Constitutional Court, with the subject: "Delivery of different types of instruments and parts for them".
The qualification system is divided into the following categories:
1st category. Delivery of hand tools.Delivery of instrumental carts for electric fitter; Delivery of instrumental carts for machine fitter; Delivery of suitcases and electrical insulation hand tools; Delivery of wrenches and gedore sets; Delivery of the hydraulic press; Delivery of a stroller instrumental with a set of toolsand locksmith tools - a kit in a bag; Delivery of specialized hydraulic instruments and others.
2nd category. Delivery of motor tools.
This category includes deliveries as follows:
Delivery of self -propelled gas mowers; Delivery of self -propelled gas mowers fortall grass; Delivery of gasoline saws; Delivery of chain gasoline rods; Delivery of gasoline hair/trimmers/shrubs/delivery of consumables and spare parts for shrubs, motor hair and saws.
