- The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of various types of antiseptics and disinfectants. The contracting authority divides the order into 2 (two) separate items. Specific items No. 1÷2 are detailed in the Technical Specification - Annex no 1, an integral part of this procurement documentation. The contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the offer. The guarantee for implementation is in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the value of the contract, excluding VAT and is released according to the draft contract. Offer validity period - The offer validity period is 6 (six) calendar months from the date that specified for the date of receipt of the offer. Place of execution of the order: UMBALSM N. I. Pirogov EAD - Sofia, Totleben Blvd. No. 21. On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out before review of documents for compliance with selection criteria. The validity period of the offer is 6 (six) calendar months, starting from the date specified as the date of receipt of the offer.
