Description:
The subject of the public procurement is "Delivery, disassembly and installation of air conditioning equipment for sites of the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Recreation" under separate positions, as follows:
Separate position No. 1 - Territorial Directorate - Sofia;
Separate position No. 2 - Territorial Directorate -Varna;
Special position No. 3 - department "Representative sites of the Ministry of Defense";
Full description of the needs of air-conditioning equipment by type, quantity, quality, place of implementation for the specific positions, as well as the specific requirements are contained in the Technical Specification ( Attachedwe #1.1 - 1.3) to the documentation. A public procurement is opened on the basis of Art. 114 of the Civil Code, subject to a deferred execution clause. The performance begins from the date of the Notification to the CONTRACTOR for secured financing and provision by the CONTRACTOR of the specified performance guarantee.the scope of the public procurement is the delivery, dismantling and installation of air conditioning equipment for sites of the Executive Agency "Military Clubs and Military Recreation" under specific positions, for Specific Position No. 1 - Territorial Directorate - Sofia. The required item types, quantities and location nand the objects for delivery, as well as the requirements related to the execution of the order, are detailed in the technical specification (Appendix No. 1.1), an integral part of this documentation.
