Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of various types of medical devices (dressing materials).
The order is divided into 6 (six) lots, with lots of positions 1 / 4 being detailed and described in the technical specification - Annex No 1, an integral part of the documentation to participate.
The contracting authority requires the complexity of the offers for the lots.
Participants offer all the nomenclature units included in the lot they participate in.
In the event that a participant does not offer one or more products from the lot in which he participates will be removed from the procedure for the specific lot.
In the event that a participant offers one or more products of the lot in which he/she participates, but the same/they do not meet the requirements of the contracting authority, it is assumed that the complexity is not met and the participant will be removed from the procedure for the specific lot.
Participants may submit offers for one, more or all lots.
The requirements to which The products must be responsible, are specified in the technical specification - Annex No 1 and in the documentation for participation.
52, para. 5 from The Public Procurement Act, if necessary, the contracting authority may request the participants to provide samples after submitting the offer sent through the platform in order to prove the conformity of the offered products with the parameters set out in the technical specification. - Annex 1.
