- The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the supply of soft drinks, mineral water and products for vending machines (also called "goods") for the needs of student hostels and chairs at the Medical University “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov ”-Varna, in three lots, according to the attached technical specification (Annex №1.1 ÷ №1.3). If necessary, the contracting authority may declare goods for the needs of the bases and branches of the Medical University “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov ”-Varna, in which case, in the specific written request the necessary data for issuing an invoice shall be indicated. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are forecast for 24 months, and will serve to evaluate the tenders. The statement of the type and quantities of goods is determined by the contracting authority depending on its specific needs and financial security. The contracting authority is not linked to the obligation to exhaust the stated maximum permissible value and volume of the contract, and reserves the right to order more and/or less than the estimated quantities.
