• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the supply of soft drinks, mineral water and products for vending machines (also called "goods") for the needs of Student dormitories and chairs at the "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" Medical University - Varna, according to the attached technical specification (Appendixes No. 1.1 ÷ 1.3). If necessary, the Contracting Authority may request goods for the needs of branches and departments of Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna, as in this case, the specific written request specifies the necessary data for issuing an invoice. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are estimated, for 24 months, and will serve to evaluate the offers. The application of the type and quantities of goods is determined by The client depending on his specific needs and financial security. The contracting authority is not bound by the obligation to exhaust the indicated maximum permissible value and volume of the contract, and reserves the right to order more and/or less than the estimated quantities. The total estimated value of this public procurement is in the amount of 128,947.81 euros without VAT, divided into three separate items (POs) as follows: OP No. 1 Non-alcoholic beverages, with an estimated value of 31,955.74 euros without VAT; OP #2 Mineral water, with an estimated value of 39,113.83 euros without VAT and OP #3 Products for vending machines, with an estimated value of EUR 57,878.24 excluding VAT.
