Description:
The present public procurement includes activities with objects "Delivery" and "Service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, items 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with Art. 11, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, and in view of the main activities characterizing the main subject of the contract, its award is in the order for the delivery site.
Subject The order is the delivery of an electroar and a lifting platform, according to the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority.
The subject of the order is divided into 2 (two) lots:
Lot № 1: "Delivery of an electrician with a load capacity from 3500 kg to 5000 kg";
Lot No 2: "Delivery of Electric scissor lifting platform. "
46, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act, bids may be submitted for one or both lots. According to Art. 5 of the PPA the contracting authority It does not limit the number of separate positions assigned to one contractor.
The scope of a lot 1 includes the delivery of 1 factory new, unused electriccar, equipped with the necessary equipment for its operation.
The subject of the public procurement also includes a warranty and Service.
The type, volume and technical characteristics of the delivery and its accompanying services are in accordance with the technical specification for the lot 1, part of the public procurement documentation.
