The contract shall be announced in connection with Directive 2009/72/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on, the General Rules for the Internal Electricity Market and the Cancellation of Directive 2003/54/EC and Chapter Nine, Section VII "Transactions at freely agreed prices" of the Energy ActZE/2003
The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor after conducting a procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), for the selection of an active net electricity supplier and of the coordinator of a balancing group for objects providedfor the management of the territorial division "State Forestry Ihtiman", as well as the implementation of all activities, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the technical specification.Ihtiman for a period of 36 months "
