- The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor after conducting a procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), for the selection of an active net electricity supplier and of the Balancing Group Coordinator for Objects provided for managementof the territorial division "Samokov State Forestry", as well as the implementation of all activities, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the technical specification.About, the general rules for the internal electricity market and for cancellation of Directive 2003/54/EC and Chapter Ninth, Section VII "Transactions at freely agreed prices" of the Energy Energy Act/2003.Samokov "for a period of 36 months.Objects provided for management of the territorial division "Samokov State Forestry", as well as the implementation of all activities, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the technical specification.
