Description:
The public procurement covers the delivery of net active electricity from a contractor coordinator of a standard balancing group for low voltage and providing full administration of the ESO information flow and the cost of unbalanceds for multidisciplinary hospital sites for active hospital Treatment "St. Ivan Rilski" - Razgrad "AD Razgrad.
As a balancing group coordinator, the contractor should predict the consumption of the contracting authority and to plan and negotiate the specific quantities of active net electricity low voltage according to Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee).
In the presence of a technical possibility, the contracting authority will also join new sites additionally included in the list of commercial measuring funds, in the appropriate order, with the documents required for this and under the price agreed with the contractor for MWh.
Common Estimated order volume 1 240 MWh. Net active electricity for 24 months, determined on the basis of previous consumption of the Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment "St. Ivan Rilski" - Razgrad AD, Razgrad.
The amount of contract may be different from the specified and will be determined and Paid according to the actual consumption of the contracting authority for the period of the contract.
