- The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor after conducting a procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), for the selection of an active net electricity supplier and of the Balancing Group Coordinator for Objects provided for managementof the State Forest Service Batak, Territorial Division of the South Central State Enterprise Smolyan, as well as the implementation of all activities, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the technical specification.
