"Delivery of electricity - low voltage and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the Shiroka Polyana State Forestry, Territorial Division of the South Central State Enterprise City City ...
The subject of this order is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor after holding Procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Act), for the selection of an active net electricity supplier and of the coordinator of a balancing group for sites provided for the management of the Shiroka Polyana State Forestry Smolyan, as well as the implementation of all activities, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the technical specification. The estimated amount of electricity for the whole contract period is 597,456 MWh, as the contracting authority is not obliged to absorb it in its entirety but in case Need the quantity can be exceeded.
