Description:
The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor after conducting a procedure under Article 18, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), for the selection of an active net electricity supplier and of the Balancing Group Coordinator for Management of the Smilyan State Forestry, Territorial Division of the South Central State Enterprise Smolyan, as well as the implementation of all activities, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, subordinated in the technical specification.
20,244 MWh, with the contracting authority does not undertake to absorb it in its entirety, but if necessary, the quantity may be exceeded.
