• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is delivery, carried out by purchase, of goods - electronic components and control units in IRIZAR electric buses, according to § 6, item 12, b. "c" of the DR of the Road Traffic Act (ZdvP.) For this purpose, everyone a participant should offer goods for buses, IRIZAR brand from the scope of the order, and the designated contractor should be able to deliver the goods for the buses for the entire term of the order (contract). In connection with the repair, the technical maintenance and operation of IRIZAR buses, it is necessary to ensure the supply of a certain type of electronic components and control units - original from the manufacturer of the buses, brand IRIZAR. The contractor sets the condition in order to guarantee himself to the maximum extent, delivery by a safe and reliable contractor, with commercial relations and quality indicators guaranteed by the manufacturer of the goods. The reason for this is, on the one hand, the functions and purpose of IRIZAR electric buses - transport of passengers under the municipal transport scheme on the territory of the municipality of Burgas. On the other hand, the spare parts that are used for maintenance, elimination of accidents (damages), damage and repair of IRIZAR electric buses are a major factor for ensuring the effectiveness, durability, production guarantee, costs and security when using the same in order not to hinder and/or disrupt the normal implementation of statutory...
