The contracting authority divides the contract into 2 (two) lots -
Lot # 1 Delivery of a multifunctional tripod for infusion therapy - 40 pcs. Limit value BGN 52,000 excluding VAT;
Lot 2 Delivery of Multifunctional Post for Infusion Therapy- 8 pcs. A limit value of 38,000BGN without VAT;
The contract is concluded on condition within the meaning of Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act and its execution starts after sending a letter of assignment (confirmation of provided financing), which may be sent within 12 months of the conclusion of the contract. The contracting authority does not tolerate any negativeConsequences in non -provision of financing and failure to make a letter of assignment within the time limit such as penalties, benefits or other similar ones.between the parties in one of the following ways:
with written notification from the contracting authority to the contractor for non-provision of financing;of the period provided for in the contract for sending a contract and lack of such.
