Subject of general ref. f: "Delivery of equipment and furniture within the framework of the project "Development of the cultural infrastructure in the municipality of Gabrovo through renovation and modernization of the "Em Manolov" school", financed by the Operational Program "Regions in Growth 2014-2020", incl. the implementation of the following activities by stages:
Ftap 1 - "Delivery of furniture, technologist. equipment, electroacoustics and multimedia - stage 1" with estimated BGN 1335442.32 without VAT.
Stage 1 - "Delivery of furniture, technology. equipment, electroacoustics and multimedia - stage 1 "with 480630, BGN 65 without VAT
Stage 2 - "Delivery of technologist. knock downDvane, electroacoustics and multimedia - stage 2" with pr.st. BGN 1096801.13 without VAT.
The scope of activities is in accordance with Tech. spec and its applications, no. part of the documentation.
On the opening date of the cont. procedure, financing is provided for Stage 1. In view of this and in accordance with Art. 114 of the Civil Code in the project nand the contract is incl. deferred performance clause in the performance part of Stage 1 and Stage 2.
