The object of the public procurement is "delivery of goods" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 from the PLO, as the selected Contractor/s should carry out "Delivery of equipment for the construction of research infrastructure for the needs of the Faculty of Physics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" according to agreement D01-173/28.07.2022 between the Ministry of Education and SU" in 2 separate positions: Specific item No. 1: "Delivery of an optical system for the study of ultrafast processes by detecting weak photon fluxes in luminescence and fluorescence with fast (picosecond to millisecond) time resolution by the method of time correlated single-photon counting" Item No. 2: "Supply of Lock-in amplifier for measurement of very weak light signals with high repetition rate" Detailed description of the requirements for the execution of the order, the parameters of the EQUIPMENT subject to the order, the quantities and values are contained in Part II.
