Description:
The subject of the contract is delivery, installation (where applicable) and the implementation of equipment for the construction of a modern, innovative STEM learning environment in the Vocational High School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronics, funded under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan (NAVU). The equipment is in line With the vision of the high school for the application of interdisciplinary approach, active learning and practical applicability of knowledge through technology, robotics, natural sciences and interactive teaching methods.
The subject of the order is divided into the following lots:
Lot # 1 Delivery of Technological Equipment and devices for visualization, printing and interactive solutions
21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Lot # 2, with an estimated value for The separate position in the amount of BGN 29749,37 without incl. VAT, planned as a separate position in this order, will be awarded in accordance with its individual value - falling within the threshold of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act - by direct assignment, since the individual value of the respective Lot 2 does not exceed the sum of BGN 156 464 and at the same time the total estimated value of the lots awarded thus not exceeds 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract.
