• The subject of the public procurement is "Delivery of equipment to health offices for 18 settlements on the territory of the Municipality of "Tunja", according to specific positions, as follows: Separate position No. 1 - "Supply of medical equipment to health offices of the territory of Tundzha Municipality; Separate position No. 2 - "Delivery of technical equipment to health offices on the territory of the Municipality of Tundzha" Pursuant to Art. 21, Para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, "Employers may assign separate positions according to the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective allocated item does not exceed EUR 79,998.77 for supplies and services and EUR 511,291.88 for construction, and the total estimated value of the allocated items so awarded does not exceeds 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire order." In view of the above, the Contracting Authority will benefit from this legal opportunity and will assign Separate position No. 2 "Delivery of technical equipment to health offices on the territory of the Municipality of "Tunja" in the value of 565.83 euros excluding VAT in accordance with the order of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the ZOP, in connection with Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP - through direct procurement.
