- The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of equipment under contract № KP-06-H57 /2 of the NIS at TU-Sofia", in lotpackaging (where applicable). If it turns out that the equipment cannot perform a function due to a shortage or absence of the relevant elements, the samemust be delivered at the expense of the contractor.included in the set of measuring conductors;
- to be able to communicate with a personal computer via USB interface;
- range of measured internal battery resistance: at least up to 20 ω;
- resolution of measuring internal battery resistance: 10 yω or better;
--The device must have a display for measured values;
- voltage measurement accuracy: 0.05 % or better
- resistance measurement accuracy: 0.5 % or better;
