- The procedure includes design, delivery, installation, basic configurations, commissioning and traffic tests of communication equipment for the unified electronic communication network (EESM) in Access layer for new locations in 138 municipal centers. Build a high -speed transmission betweenAccess Nodes (POPS) in municipal centers and aggregating nodes located in the regional administrations with a minimum of 2x40/100Gbps connections.
Implementation should be organized within the following activities:
• Activity 1 - Service for Preparation of Technical Documentation /SystemProject/;
• Activity 2 - Service for the preparation of a project for the separation of communication nodes in the municipal centers;
• activity 3 - services for the separation of communication nodes, delivery of equipment and its commissioning;
• activity 4 - delivery of communication equipment, including warranty warrantyMaintenance;
• Activity 5 - Installation and Basic Configuration Services of Communication Equipment delivered;
to the contracting authority and the requirements and conditions set for the contractor are specified in the documentation for participation and all applications and samples thereto, including in the technical specification and applications thereto, as well as in the decision to open the procedure.
