- The subject of this public procurement is "Delivery of a factory new electric vehicle and charging station with installation included for the needs of the Day Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities - Berkovitsa" The conditions under which the subject will be realized of the order, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, which are awarded through this procedure, are in accordance with the documentation for the public procurement, the technical specification and the draft contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. Scope of the public procurement: The subject of the public procurement includes the purchase and delivery of 1 unit, factory new, unused electric car, equipped according to Art. 139 of the Road Traffic Act accompanied by the necessary documents for its registration, service book, as well as instructions for operation and delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 pc. charging station for recharging electric vehicles with a minimum power of 22 kW at a location indicated by the contracting authority in the city Berkovitsa, as well as providing warranty maintenance and registration of the car at the traffic police.
