Delivery of filters, subscription maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well asand specialized air -conditioning equipment for the needs of UMBAL St. Ekaterina EAD in two lots.Purpose for the needs of UMBAL "St. Ekaterina" EAD, divided into two lots:
Lot # 1 - Delivery of filters.According to Art. 80, para. 1 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (PPPOP), the public procurement under OP No. 1 is reserved for the participation of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, which meet the conditions under Art. 12, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPA.
Subject of the order isDelivery of filters described in detail by type, quantity and technical parameters in the technical specification, an integral part of this documentation. Deliveries will be in accordance with the specific needs of the contracting authority and will be made after an explicit submitted by his / her representative, determiningthe type and number of filters requested.
