- Description:
- The subject of the order is the delivery of a flocculant for dewatering sludge from urban WWTPs operated by "ViK" EOOD - Plovdiv. The initial period of validity of the contract cannot be before 12.02.2026. Each delivery must be made within the time limit according to the proposal of the selected contractor after a written request has been submitted specifying the quantities of the goods, ex-stock warehouse of the Contracting Authority located in the city of Plovdiv, "Yagodovsko shose" street - site of the WWTP Plovdiv. The contracting authority will purchase the goods, the subject of the order, depending on its needs and requirements. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are exemplary and indicative, and do not oblige the Employer to consume them in full. Participants must offer a price in the manner specified in Form No. 2. C in the event that they do not comply with the Employer's requirement, they will be removed from participation on the basis of Art. 107, item 2, letter "a" and Art. 107, item 5 of the Civil Code. Each participant in the public procurement procedure is obliged to participate for the entire volume. Participants must adhere to the Technical Specification and the pre-announced conditions for participation and conduct of the public procurement by the Contracting Authority.
