Description:
The subject of the contract covers periodic supply of food products in accordance with the technical specification and the specimens of technical and price proposals for the lots - an integral part of the public procurement documentation. Separate positions are as follows:
OP 1 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables "
OP 2 "Delivery of canned and processed fruits and vegetables, packaged foods and stews"
OP 3 "Delivery of Milk and Dairy Food Products"
OP 4 "Meat and meat supplies, fish and eggs"
OP 5 "Delivery of Bread and Kozunak"
The conditions, in which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor are according to: the draft contract; the technical specification; The technical and price proposals for each lot.
Deliveries will be made to the address of Albena DG - Plovdiv 4004, South District, 44 Gorno Brody Str.
The contract, which will be concluded with the participant, designated as the contractor of the respective lot, will have a term of operation in accordance with the draft contract.
The fulfillment of deliveries for each separate position begins after a letter of assignment from The contracting authority to the contractor indicating the start date of execution. The award letter shall send in the case of early termination of the supply contracts for the food products from the subject of the contract, which were concluded after a procedure with the UN in the ROP: 03519-2024-0001.
