Description:
The subject of the contract covers periodic supply of food products in accordance with the technical specification and the specimens of technical and price proposals for the lots - an integral part of the public procurement documentation. Separate positions are as follows:
OP 1 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables "
OP 2 "Delivery of canned and processed fruits and vegetables, packaged foods and stews"
OP 3 "Delivery of Milk and Dairy Food Products"
OP 4 "Meat and meat supplies, fish and eggs"
OP 5 "DIETICAL AND GLUNTEMS DELIVERY food
The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor are According to: the draft contract; the technical specification; The technical and price proposals for each lot.
The contract to be concluded with the participant designated as a contractor of the respective separate position (OP 1 - OP 4) will have a term of operation according to the draft contract. The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a written contract for the implementation of OP 5.
Delivery performance for each lot Letter from the contracting authority to the contractor indicating the start date of execution.
