Description:
The subject of the contract covers periodic supply of food products and compliance with the technical specification and the specimens of technical and price proposals for the lots - an integral part of the public procurement documentation. Slass items are as follows:
OP 1 "Deliveryof milk and dairy foods ";
op 2" Supplies of meat and meat foods, fish and eggs ";
OP 3" Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables ";
OP 4" Delivery of canned and processed fruits and vegetables, packaged foods and brews ".The subject of the contract, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are according to: the draft contract; the technical specification; Technical and price proposals for each lot.
The fulfillment of deliverLetter from the contracting authority to the contractor indicating the start date of execution. He shall send the award letter in the event of early termination of the supply contracts of the food products from the subject of the contract, which were concluded after a procedure with the UN in the ROP: 03476-2024-0001.
EstimatesThe quantities for this order are determined on the basis of the expectation that the contracts in lots will have a term of operation as follows: OP 1, OP 2 and OP 4 - 12 months; OP 3 - 18 months....
