"Delivery of food products for the needs of three nurseries and one children's kitchen on the territory of Plovdiv Municipality - North District, in Lot:
Lot 1 -" Delivery of Milk and Dairy Food Products ";Fish and eggs ";
Lot # 3 -" Supply of canned food and packaged foods ";
Lot 4 -" Supply of fresh fruits and vegetables ";
Lot № 5 -" Delivery of bread ";
Lot No 6 -" Delivery of biological milk and dairy products ";Organic meat, meat foods, fish and eggs;
Lot 8 - "Supply of biological packaged foods"
Lot 9 - "Supply of biological fresh fruits and vegetables". 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act Lot № 5 - "Delivery of Bread", with an estimated value 10BGN 730 excluding VAT, is awarded in accordance with the order valid for its individual estimated value, namely: in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Law - by direct award.
On the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act Lot № 6 - "Delivery of organic milk and dairy products", with an estimated value of 10 992,20BGN without VAT, shall be assigned in accordance with the order valid for its individual estimated value, namely: in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Law - by direct award.
