- The object of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code. The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical specification, PART II of the participation documentation. Carrying out activities on periodic deliveries under pregular written requests of the Contracting Authority for main groups of food products (goods), as follows: Group No. 1 "Meat, chicken, fish and meat products" - Appendix No. 1.1; Group No. 2 "Milk and milk products" - Appendix No. 1.2; Group No. 3 "Fresh fruits and vegetables" - Appendix No. 1.3; Group No. 4 "Bread, hbread and confectionery products" - Appendix No. 1.4; Group No. 5 "Chocolate and sugar products" - Appendix No. 1.5; Group No. 6 "Canned fruits and vegetables" - Appendix No. 1.6; Group No. 7 "Various food products, water and soft drinks" - Appendix No. 1.7, presented in tabular form by typee, quantities, characteristics and requirements in the Technical specification, an integral part of the documentation.
